There’s something truly special about film. I've been deeply fascinated with it for over 20 years. It’s not just about the grain or the way colours pop, but the way it slows me down and allows me to be present with each moment. You can't fully replicate the timeless quality of film with digital photography. I find inspiration in old photo albums — the ones that have been passed down through generations, holding memories and stories that span decades.
With every roll of film, I aim to create images that feel like they belong in your own personal album — honest, enduring, and deeply personal. My work is about more than just capturing a scene; it’s about capturing the feeling, the emotion, and the essence of who you are.
All weddings and sessions include film. Anywhere from a few rolls to an entire session shot on film. The amount included in your session is up to you.
Why Film?
I believe in building a personal connection with my clients, starting with an in-person meeting or phone call where we can get to know each other before your wedding day.
I pour my heart into every shoot, whether I'm wiping away tears during wedding speeches (yours or my own) or laughing and playing with your children during family sessions.

My intuition allows me to read the room and be in the right place at the right time, ensuring I capture those intimate, fleeting moments without ever interrupting the flow of your day.

Clients can expect to receive their final gallery within 8-10 weeks after their wedding. Preview photos are typically sent once your film scans are ready. Portrait sessions are delivered in 2-4 weeks.
What is your turnaround time?
The amount of photos I deliver varies for each wedding and also depends on whether I'm shooting more film or digital photography. You can expect about 50 images per hour in your final gallery.
How many images do you deliver?
Absolutely! I'm willing to travel anywhere to celebrate with you. While my collections include travel within Durham Region and Toronto, there may be a travel/accommodation fee for outside areas.
Do you travel?
All wedding packages and portrait sessions include film. For the film curious I include a few rolls, but I'm more than happy to photograph full sessions in film for those who know they want more. Extra film is quoted per session/wedding.
Do you include film in your packages?
While I work solo most of the time, some couples with a larger guest list or multiple locations may want extra coverage. I work with a small selection of talented and trusted individuals that work in a very similar manner to myself.
